Shipping & Delivery Policy – Heat Blanket

Orders are processed quickly, typically within 1–2 business days. After shipment, most customers receive their Heat Blanket products within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected courier delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Heat Blanket is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, and we cannot guarantee replacement for misdelivered packages. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier and notify us so we can assist.
