Return & Refund Policy – Heat Blanket

At Heat Blanket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will be happy to help.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and packaged properly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with photos within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
